Troprocket Coconut IPA

May 4, 2017

ABV: 6.0% – IBU’s: 52

For this year’s collaboration brew we teamed up with the Madison Homebrewers & Tasters Guild and Gorst Valley Hops on a Coconut IPA, using Gorst’s Skyrocket hops for their tropical flavors and equal parts raw and roasted coconut shavings soaked in the fermenter. Now we toast and drink deep (with one eye open) to preserving the peace. For now…

Low on ABV and big on flavor, this German-Style Hefeweizen is a refreshing delight with notes of banana and cloves, balanced creamy mouthfeel and a pleasant dry finish. Head on down Main Street for a couple Tennyweizens and you’ll still make it back up under the limit.
